To config micrsoft outlook 2003:

1. Go into the tools section -> email accounts -> add new email account -> select POP3 ->
2. select next -->
3. type your name in fields required, email address, user name (your email address), password
4. incoming mail is your domain name, outgoing mail server is your domain name (without the www)
5. click "more settings" button -> outgoing server tab and outgoing server tab ----
6. check "my outgoing server requires authentication"
7. select “test account settings” and you should go through.

To config micrsoft outlook 2007:

1/ Open Microsoft Outlook -> click on Tools Tab at the top and then in the list click on "Account settings"

2/ Under the email tab click on "new"

3/ use "Microsoft Eschange option and click "nest" button below

4/ check manual configure server settings below left hand side and then "next"

5/ Use top selection of Internet E-mail and click "next"

6/ Fill in Name, email address, account type is pop3, incoming mail server is your domain name without the www --- Outgoing mail server (SMTP) is your domain name without the www

7/ User name is your email address and password is your password

8/ now click "more settings" button on bottom left side.

9/ fo to outgoing Server tab and check box on top (My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication

10/ go "okay"

11/ now click on "Test Account Settings" tab to test email.

12/ you are set to go if it confirmed sent
